A New Season

There has been a quiet shift happening in my life lately. 🌿

Not a dramatic change, but a gentle one. The kind that arrives slowly, almost unnoticed at first, until one day you realize your shoulders are softer, your mind quieter, and the knots in your soul are beginning to loosen.

I’ve been treasuring peace lately. Not becoming a hermit but learning to truly enjoy the quiet life Patrick, my husband and I are building together. Our gardens, our home, time with family, little creative projects, candlelight in the evenings, and slow mornings that no longer feel rushed or heavy.

After such a long and difficult season for us both, I can feel something changing. A new season seems to be arriving, one that feels gentler, more accepting, more joyful.

I’ve been slowly redecorating our home to reflect the cozy cottage life we’ve dreamed of creating together. Soft textures, nature, warm corners, meaningful objects, handmade touches. It may seem like a small thing, but it has brought me genuine joy.

For the first time in a long while, I find myself looking forward to my days again. Looking forward to creating, tending, learning, and simply living.

And more than anything, I feel grateful. 🍃
